We have all the necessary tools that allow us to make the dies and assembly tools, then to stamp the sheets in cold or hot and finish the prototype, manipulating the plates and joining them, either by welding, sealing or riveting.

All the design of the dies and tools are carried out internally within our technical department, as well as its monitoring and quality control, guaranteeing optimal results.

We have highly specialized staff in prototype sheet and have more than 20 years experience, the last 6 years being only for the prototype.

In case of need of a finish with paint, we have a collaborator of total confidence with a pressurized paint cabin, achieving the highest qualities required in the sector.
