We offer the development of all types of injection mold applying the latest technologies available in the market: bimaterial, rotating mold, by locks, by gas injection and blow.

In each project, we designate an engineer that coordinates all the phases of the mold and if our client requires it, we can make the mold viable from the beginning of the product, thanks to pre-studies of mold construction and some moldflow studies.

If the feasibility of the mold is not correct, we propose corrective measures to the client to correct with the smallest scope and possible affectation to the piece.

We can also offer the injection simulation phase, with the study of what type of mold is necessary and with what way and injection points are necessary for the correct filling.

We also design prototype molds for validation of first samples or short series.
